EXCLUSIVE: ड्रग माफिया के चंगुल में फंस रहे रोहिंग्‍या शरणार्थी!

कॉक्‍स बाजार(बांग्‍लादेश): म्‍यांमार के रखाइन प्रांत से विस्‍थापित हो रहे रोहिंग्‍या शरणार्थी ड्रग डीलरों के चंगुल में फंस रहे हैं. इस तरह के बेघर लोगों की मदद के बदले अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय ड्रग माफिया इनसे ड्रग्‍स की सप्‍लाई एक जगह से दूसरी जगह करने को कहते हैं. दरअसल हाल के वर्षों में रखाइन से लाखों मुस्लिम रोहिंग्‍या शरणार्थी बांग्‍लादेश और भारत जैसे मुल्‍कों में जा रहे हैं. झुंड की शक्‍ल में पहुंच रहे इन शरणार्थियों के माध्‍यम से ड्रग्‍स की सप्‍लाई को एक जगह से दूसरे जगह पहुंचाना डीलरों को आसान लग रहा है. इसमें खतरा कम है.

Zee मीडिया के अखबार DNA की एक्‍सक्‍लूसिव रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक राशिद आलम(30) जैसे कई लोगों के परिवार इन ड्रग डीलरों के चंगुल में फंसे हुए हैं. आलम सितंबर, 2017 में बांग्‍लादेश पहुंचा था और कॉक्‍स बाजार एरिया के टेकनाफ शरणा‍र्थी शिविर में रह रहा है. दिसंबर में वह 35 हजार याबा टैबलेट्स के साथ पकड़ा गया. उसने बॉर्डर गार्ड बांग्‍लादेश(बीजीबी) को बताया कि वह दलालों के चंगुल में फंस गया था जिन्‍होंने उसके परिवार को म्‍यामांर से सुरक्षित निकालने और बांग्‍लादेश में रोजगार दिलाने का भरोसा दिया था. आलम मूल रूप से म्‍यांमार के डोंगखाली का रहने वाला है. उसको अभी भी अपने परिवार से मिलने की उम्‍मीद है. इस तरह के कई पुरुष, महिलाएं अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय ड्रग माफिया के ड्रग्‍स सप्‍लायर हो चुके हैं.

दलाल इन लोगों को प्रलोभन देते हैं कि वे अपने वतन लौट जाएंगे या भारत एवं दक्षिण अफ्रीका में उनको नौकरी दिलाने का भरोसा देते हैं. बस इसके बदले 'मैडनेस ड्रग्‍स' भारतीय सीमा या बांग्‍लादेश के भीतर पहुंचानी होती है. इस बारे में बीजीबी के साउथ ईस्‍ट रीजन के कार्यकारी रीजनल कमांडर कनैल गाजी मो अहसानुजमां ने DNA से कहा, ''पिछले साल से याबा टैबलेट की स्‍मगलिंग में कई गुना बढ़ोतरी हुई है....हर रोज तकरीबन सवा करोड़ रुपये की याबा टैबलेट पकड़ी जा रही हैं, पहले यह कुछ लाख तक सीमित थीं.'' 

पिछले महीने एक महिला से 52 करोड़ रुपये की इस तरह की टैबलेट पकड़ी गई है. बीजेबी के रीजनल डायरेक्‍टर ब्रिगेडियर जनरल एसएम रकीबुल्‍ला ने बताया कि ये लोग अपने जूते में छिपाकर इनको लाते हैं. अब हर कोई रोहिंग्‍या को संदेह की नजर से देखता है. उन्‍होंने बल देते हुए कहा कि इस मानवीय संकट का कोई न कोई स्‍थायी समाधान निकलना चाहिए क्‍योंकि इनको यहां पर इस तरह से लंबे समय तक नहीं रखा जा सकता. ये जितना ज्‍यादा यहां रहेंगे, ड्रग माफिया के चंगुल में फंसने के चांस उतने ही ज्‍यादा रहेंगे. उल्‍लेखनीय है कि म्‍यांमार और बांग्‍लादेश के बीच 271 किमी की सीमा है, जिसमें 45 किमी की नदी सीमा भी शामिल है. इसी तरह भारत और बांग्‍लादेश के बीच 4,427 किमी की सीमारेखा है जिसमें 234 किमी की नदी सीमा है.
